Teams that purchase Imperial packages will receive a discount on paint at each NXL Series event. The discount amount is based on the sponsorship tier your team purchases.

 

 COACHING AND CLINICS FROM SOME OF THE BEST IN PROFESSIONAL PAINTBALL: 

Imperial teams have access to support from our GI Sportz and Empire Professional players. Teams can have our in-house Pros come out to their local field for an Imperial Clinic! For more information on this contact your local GI Sportz and Empire field or store.

 

 ACCESS TO G.I. SPORTZ AND EMPIRE VIP AREA:

We take care of our teams on AND off the field. GI Sportz Imperial teams have access to our shaded VIP staging area behind the GI booth at all national events.

 CUSTOMIZABLE JERSEYS:

We offer our own line of custom jerseys. All custom jersey orders must go through our program and be approved by your sponsorship coordinator in order to qualify for discounts and contingencies.

REQUIREMENTS

 GI Sportz and Empire have the right to revoke a team sponsorship if any of the following are violated by any member of a sponsored team

  • All players must be wearing and using all sponsorship goods (everything that came in your package).
  • Shoot GI or Empire paintball for the entire event.

  • All gear purchased through your team sponsorship is for team use only. It is not for immediate re-sale.
    If you are caught attempting to sell your team gear before the end of the season, your sponsorship will be terminated.

    By submitting this application for Sponsorship, Team agrees to the following terms if its application is accepted: Team grants to G.I. SPORTZ Inc. and its affiliates, and will require each of its members to grant to G.I. SPORTZ Inc., a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty free, perpetual license and right to use the Team Materials (defined below) in any and all media now known or hereinafter devised, in any manner and for an unlimited number of appearances, and without requiring any approval of Team or any Team member, for, and/or in connection with, any use relating to G.I. SPORTZ Inc.’s business, including, without limitation, any presentation, publicity, advertisement, commercial or promotional or other use. “Team Materials” means the Team’s and its members’ names, likenesses, images, photographs, voices, video, internet images, audio, motion picture or television rights, quotations, biographical information, statistics and results and other attributes of its and their personality. Team will and will cause its members to conduct themselves in a professional manner and do nothing to injure or bring into disrepute G.I. SPORTZ Inc.’s name and good will or favorable image. G.I. SPORTZ Inc. may terminate your sponsorship if the Team violates this clause.
