PREFERENTIAL NATIONAL EVENT PAINT PRICING (Major NXL’s):

Teams that purchase Imperial packages will receive a discount on paint at National Events. The discount amount is based on the sponsorship tier your team purchases.

NATIONAL EVENT PODIUM CONTINGENCY (National Events):

Teams that purchase Imperial packages and finish 1st, 2nd or 3rd at an NXL event will receive a contingency for the paint they purchased at that event. 100% of the paint you purchased will be credited back if you finish 1st, 50% for 2nd and 25% for 3rd. You must wear and shoot all of your sponsored gear and shoot G.I. Sportz and Empire paintballs throughout the event in order for contingencies to be applied.

LOCAL NXL REGIONAL LEAGUES:

Local NXL Regional Leagues that Exclusively use G.I. Paintballs – Free 15 cases for 1st & 10 cases for 2nd & 5 cases for 3rd.

LOCAL RACE TO 2 OR CLASSIC 10 MANS:

Local Race to 2 or Classic 10 mans that Exclusively use G.I. Paintballs – Free 5 cases for 1st & 3 cases for 2nd & 2 cases for 3rd

CUSTOMIZED SOFT GOODS:

We offer our own line of custom jerseys, pants and harnesses. All custom jersey orders must go through our program and be approved by your sponsorship coordinator in order to qualify for discounts and contingencies.

REQUIREMENTS

JT and Empire have the right to revoke a team sponsorship if any of the following are violated by any member of a sponsored team

All players must be wearing and using all sponsorship goods (everything that came in your package).
In order to receive contingencies, all players must be using our required equipment.
Shoot GI or Empire paintballs for the entire event.

All gear purchased through your team sponsorship is for team use only. It is not for immediate re-sale.
If you are caught attempting to sell your team gear before the end of the season, your sponsorship will be terminated.

By submitting this application for Sponsorship, Team agrees to the following terms if its application is accepted: Team grants to Kore Outdoor and its affiliates, and will require each of its members to grant to Kore Outdoor, a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty free, perpetual license and right to use the Team Materials (defined below) in any and all media now known or hereinafter devised, in any manner and for an unlimited number of appearances, and without requiring any approval of Team or any Team member, for, and/or in connection with, any use relating to Kore Outdoor’s business, including, without limitation, any presentation, publicity, advertisement, commercial or promotional or other use. “Team Materials” means the Team’s and its members’ names, likenesses, images, photographs, voices, video, internet images, audio, motion picture or television rights, quotations, biographical information, statistics and results and other attributes of its and their personality. Team will and will cause its members to conduct themselves in a professional manner and do nothing to injure or bring into disrepute Kore Outdoor’s name and good will or favorable image. Kore Outdoor may terminate your sponsorship if the Team violates this clause.

To qualify for any contingency, teams must fill out a new paint sheet and purchase paint for every division and event entered. For example, if an X-ball Team is also playing 10-man, the team must create a 10-man paint sheet.

Practice paint does not count towards contingency.

Tickets are non-transferable. Unused tickets must be returned the same day and selling tickets will result in loss of price break and contingency.
