If you are caught attempting to sell your team gear before the end of the season, your sponsorship will be terminated.

By submitting this application for Sponsorship, Team agrees to the following terms if its application is accepted: Team grants to Kore Outdoor and its affiliates, and will require each of its members to grant to Kore Outdoor, a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty free, perpetual license and right to use the Team Materials (defined below) in any and all media now known or hereinafter devised, in any manner and for an unlimited number of appearances, and without requiring any approval of Team or any Team member, for, and/or in connection with, any use relating to Kore Outdoor’s business, including, without limitation, any presentation, publicity, advertisement, commercial or promotional or other use. “Team Materials” means the Team’s and its members’ names, likenesses, images, photographs, voices, video, internet images, audio, motion picture or television rights, quotations, biographical information, statistics and results and other attributes of its and their personality. Team will and will cause its members to conduct themselves in a professional manner and do nothing to injure or bring into disrepute Kore Outdoor’s name and good will or favorable image. Kore Outdoor may terminate your sponsorship if the Team violates this clause.

To qualify for any contingency, teams must fill out a new paint sheet and purchase paint for every division and event entered. For example, if an X-ball Team is also playing 10-man, the team must create a 10-man paint sheet.

Practice paint does not count towards contingency.

Tickets are non-transferable. Unused tickets must be returned the same day and selling tickets will result in loss of price break and contingency.
